Equality in science and technology

To mark the International Day of Women and Girls in Science on 11 February, #MujeresQueTransforman seeks to highlight the importance of female participation in STEM careers. On Thursday 9 February, Afi Escuela hosted two round tables led by Adriana Scozzafava, director of Fundación Afi Emilio Ontiveros. The first, “Equality in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics”, brought together senior professionals. The second, “A New Generation of Women in STEM”, featured much younger STEM speakers, some still at the stage of choosing a career in science.
